A man is lonely and decides to get a pet centipede. Out of an old shoebox, the man makes a nice place for his pet centipede to live. Then the man decides to go have a beer. He goes over to the shoebox and asks, \"Hey, would you like to go to Frank\'s and have a beer?\" Hearing nothing and a little annoyed, the man asks again but this time a little louder, \"Would you like to go have a beer with me at Frank\'s?\" Still the man hears no response. The man, now upset, gets down next to the box and yells, \"Hey! Would you like to go have a beer at Franks?\" This time, the man hears a little voice say, \"There\'s no need to yell. I heard you the first time--I\'m just putting on my shoes.\"
